At Pfizer, there are more than 200 statisticians working on all phases of drug development – from discovery, development, manufacturing to commercialization. Statisticians are members of a collaborative team where each of the statistical, scientific, clinical, and clinical pharmacology disciplines bring their respective skills to bear in a collaborative manner to deliver the very best study designs and analyses.
The internship will consist of 12 weeks of full-time work at one of the Pfizer sites as early as May and ending as late as September. The intern’s project will be biomedically oriented, with one-on-one supervision by one or multiple senior staff statisticians. The work will be a hands-on learning experience focusing on current project needs and will likely involve use of SAS, R, or other statistical software. As part of the internship program, the intern will prepare a written report and brief presentation summarizing the work and forming a permanent record of the intern’s efforts.
Graduate students in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related fields

The individual selected for this role will be offered the role as an employee of Atrium; compensation, medical benefits, fringe benefits and other terms and conditions of employment shall be presented by Atrium upon offer. In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
